To celebrate the 40th anniversary of National Ice Cream Day, Museum of Ice Cream is hosting an epic ice cream party in New York, Chicago and Austin.

New Yorkers can expect free Rainbow Ice and Cotton Candy-flavored Dippin' Dots at Hudson Yards on July 20 and 21 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., while supplies last.
