@FoxCouncil @Xfinity Turned out about eight months before one of the poles was struck by a car and knocked out service for about 12 hours, and was never properly patched, TV service work fine since it can do fine with signal degradation more than Internet service, but never got more than 10mbps

So disappointed in @comcast’s deceitful practices. I confirmed my monthly payment with them in June and even have a confirmation number for the renewal. Now they’re hiking my rate and pretending they never agreed to my previous rate. I plan to #cancelcomcast and replace with AT&T
