Put the andes baking chips in a medium bowl and heat them in the microwave for 30-second intervals until they are completely melted.
After achieving a smooth texture, proceed to submerge a ritz cracker into the melted chocolate.
Use a fork to cover the entire cracker in the melted chocolate.
